Why Did I Establish the Referral Program?
. The world is confronting hard times this year. Many people are struggling to make ends meet. I created the Referral Program to provide a means for anyone to pay for the therapies that can help them feel better. I assure you this is not a multi-level marketing scheme. I hate those programs myself. This is simple referral program: Refer a friend. Receive 50% of they pay to be a member. That is all there is to it. Why Not Refer Yourself? No you don’t have to have Parkinson's Disease to be an affiliate. Anyone can be an affiliate. The Parkinsons Recovery membership site is designed specifically for people who have Parkinson's Disease and their caregivers. . How do I become an affiliate? .
Click on the link below and sign up. It costs nothing. Start referring people immediately. You can be assured that the personal sign up information you provide through 1shopping cart is secure and safe. We have to know your name and address to send checks (or your e mail to pay you through paypal). We have to have your social security number because the IRS requires us to send you income forms at the end of each year. We do not have to know your birthday, but if we do, I like to send a birthday greeting! 
I do not have a web site. How can I earn income?
You do not have to have a web site to become an affiliate. It takes only 3 minutes to sign up by clicking on the link above and it costs nothing. On the sign up form, notice at the bottom there is a question that says: Who referred you to sign up? If someone referred you, simply enter their name in this space. This person will receive the referral commission for your sign up every month you remain a member. After you sign up to be an affiliate all you have to do is instruct anyone you refer to become a member of Parkinsons Recovery to enter your name in the field that asks who referred them. That is all there is to it. You choose your preferred method of payment - either paypal or check. We send payments through paypal on the first of the month and mail checks the first week of the month. I do have a web site. How do I promote the program through my web site?
If you already have a web site, we give you links and banners that are posted on your affiliate member page. You copy the code from the affiliate site and paste it onto your web site wherever you would like it to appear. If you are sending out an email to your client list, insert the unique code into the body of the email as the link through to the sign up page for the membership. We can help you with the details This code tells us that you referred a member and can start earning a commission. Alternatively you can sign clients in your office or just ask them to give your name as the one who referred them on the member sign up page. . . 
How do I get this unique code?
. After you have become an affiliate online (using the link above) you will you will be given a link to your member page. This page contains ads and banners that contain your unique code. All you have to do is paste the code into your web site or emails. . How does the code work? The membership enrollment page remembers anyone who visited the page using your unique affiliate code. This process works using both their computer's IP address and the cookies in their web browser. . Even if they sign up many days later you will be recorded as the affiliate who referred them, and you will qualify for the commission. . How is the money sent to me and how often? . You can receive payment through paypal or by a monthly check sent through snail mail. The choice is yours. . Where can I check my statistics or reveal much money I have earned? . Anytime. Just log on using your affiliate user name and pass word you are given at the time of your sign up. . Do you offer support to your affiliate members? . Yes. We offer banners and content for your web page and templates for emails to send to your contact list. .
